I am impressed at the quality, variety, and sheer amount of the food. Easilly four stars just for the food. Five stars because the price was great. Only negative: they had Pepsi products, not Coke.

Wanna Treat!
Amazing restaurant. Good service. The food options are good. If you have a picky kid, there are foods for them, such as Jello, noodles and white rice or cooked rice.

Premise: I don't like Chinese buffets. However, I went to this one because it was my daughter's choice. That being said, the food was barely warm almost cold. How is it the health department allows these buffets to stay open? Food temperature and age are disregarded constantly by every Chinese buffet I have been to in Virginia. This buffet charges a fair price because they serve seafood. There were only a few dishes that I enjoyed. What happened to beef and broccoli? Is every Chinese restaurant too cheap to serve it? All inhave seen in Virginia is Chicken and broccoli. I don't get it. Bathrooms were filthy, as if they weren't cleaned or fixed for well over a year.

Food was very varied and all seemed good quality. I especially liked the ribs and duck, but the other items like roast beef were good too. Don't let the construction outside put you off, this was a tasty and reasonably-priced buffet.

Positives: Staff were all very nice and friendly, dining area kept very clean, buffet offers a huge variety of choices and was very reasonably priced. I want to like this place, and it has a lot of potential. Negatives: There were some food safety concerns in my mind with the buffet; foods meant to be kept cold, most importantly sushi, were not kept actively chilled and instead just left at room temperature until consumed, and several hot foods I tried (like the mashed potatoes, fries, and warm noodle dishes) were not being properly kept hot, but were only room temperature or even slightly cold in places. The food quality was mixed; some dishes were OK tasting and others (aside from being inadequately heated) were pretty poor quality, and were either very greasy, or sickly sweet when you would be expecting more savory flavors. Bottom line: if you want to gorge yourself on the more expensive items on the buffet like shrimp, blue crab, crawfish, oysters, ribs, duck, prime rib, etc, and you don't care as much about food quality as you do food quantity, then this buffet could be a great value for you; if you're squeamish about food safety standards, this may not be the place for you at all -- but if you do go, I would stay away from the sushi and other raw seafood like oysters, or anything that doesn't look like it is being kept heated properly or chilled properly. I took a chance and ate both the sushi and the raw oysters on my visit today, and I will update my review if I get sick. Again, place has a lot of potential, and I would love to see it succeed. With attention to detail regarding safety standards for the buffet, and little more finesse in the recipes and food prep , it could be a great restaurant and a great value. But right now, it's not a place I am anxious to visit again.
